Alkalize Your body!
Alkaline Food List

So how can we create the proper alkaline balance within our body?
The key to restoring our body to its ideal pH is to create the proper balance of alkaline and acid forming foods. An alkalizing diet should consist of at least 75% of alkalizing foods, like green vegetables, and never more than 20-25% of neutral and acidifying foods (if you can not resist). And never forget to drink a lot of water!

Alkaline forming foods are mostly vegetables, especially raw ones. Most alkalizing are wheat and alfalfa grasses, fresh cucumber and some kind of sprouts. Furthermore, fruits like limes, tomatoes and avocado also have an alkalizing effect to our body, same as most kind of seeds, tofu, fresh soybeans, almonds, olive oil.

Acid forming foods mostly include all kind of meat, poultry, and fish and seafood. Least acidic fish is the ‘fresh water fish’, which you can eat moderately. Also acidic are eggs, milk products, yeast products, most kind of nuts, sweets, and drinks like alcohol, sodas, coffee and black tea.

Have a look here to see in detail which foods have an alkalizing effect (+) on your pH, and which ones are acidic (-):

The more alkaline your diet, the better the results, of course. Nevertheless, try at least to minimize your acidic foods. A small change is better than changing nothing, and still is a first step to restore a better health.
Besides, you can try high-quality nutritional supplements which can help you achieve and maintain pH balance. One of such supplements was developed by Dr. Young. As a microbiologist and nutritionist, he has investigated the relations between over-acidification of the body and the development of diseases over many years. His mission is to create a greater understanding of the necessity for correct acid-alkaline balance in the body, and thus developed products that help the body to naturally reduce its acid levels by alkalizing the body. Two of these products are SuperGreens and Prime pH.
